Tour Overview

Your safari kicks off as our welcoming driver meets you at either Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport. They’ll escort you to your hotel in Arusha, where you can relax and settle in for the night, preparing for the exciting adventures ahead. Additionally, you’ll enjoy a complimentary guided tour of the city to start your exploration!

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN ARUSHA

A safari guide from our office will pick you up at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha for relaxation and your overnight stay. You’ll spend the evening preparing for your adventure the next day.

DAY 2: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

You will have an early breakfast and then head to Tarangire National Park for a game drive, carrying a packed lunch. The world’s highest concentrations of elephants and bird species in breeding plumage can be found in this beautiful park. Wildlife is abundant in Tarangire National Park, particularly during the dry season. Large cats such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as the infrequently sighted Kudu, oryx, and gerenuk. Massive herds of gazelles, zebras, and wildebeests are drawn to the Tarangire River, where they are hunted by predators. You’ll make your way to the lodge later in the afternoon to spend the night and have dinner.

DAY 3: LAKE EYASI FOR HADZABE CULTURAL EXPERIENCE

After breakfast, our safari guide will drive you to Lake Eyasi where you meet the Hadzabe community. This community is famous for hunting, so you will be able to go hunting with them and see how they hunt. Once you are done with Hadzabe you will be taken to another tribe called Datoga community. This community is well known and experienced in Blacksmith’s skills.Furthermore, you will be able to stretch your legs by walking around Lake Eyasi and the visit of local village around there.After all these activities, you will be taken back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight

DAY 4 and 5: CENTRAL SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

On this day, you’ll head toward the Ngorongoro Crater. Nearly 30000 animals, including the Big Five, are housed there. Zebras, buffaloes, lions, wildebeest, baboons, elephants, flamingos, ostriches, hippos, cheetahs, and the endangered black rhinos are all abundant in the crater. The crater appears almost surreal due to the stunning colors and moving clouds. The Ngorongoro Crater was selected as one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders due to its breathtaking natural beauty.

You will make your way to the Lodge for dinner and the night in the late afternoon.

DAY 7: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, you will be met at your accommodation by your safari guide. You will then set out for Lake Manyara National Park. This relatively small but diverse park is so named for a shallow salt lake that covers a large area of the park’s surface area. Flooding and drying with the seasons, this soda lake is home to thousands of flamingos with another 500 bird species represented in the park. On your exploration of the park, you will see monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalos, elephants, and, with some luck, lions lounging in the trees. The park is known for its diverse landscapes —not only open grassy plains but also primate-filled woodlands and baobab-dotted cliffs.

DAY 8 : MTO WA MBU FOR MAASAI CULTURE EXPERIENCE & BACK TO ARUSHA

After breakfast at Eileen’s Tree Inn, you’ll journey to the vibrant village of Mto wa Mbu for an enriching Maasai cultural experience, where you’ll engage with the community, learn about their traditional customs, striking attire, and way of life that has remained deeply rooted for generations. This immersive visit offers a meaningful glimpse into the spirit and resilience of one of Tanzania’s most iconic tribes. Later in the afternoon, you’ll drive to Arusha, where you’ll enjoy a relaxing dinner and settle in for your overnight stay.
